We will never charge your vaulted card without your prior written or digital authorization (such as via email) for the specific new service and amount.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or suspected fraud or unauthorized/illegal transactions.
2. Refunds and Cancellations
To secure a project spot and initiate work, Pacific Golden Gate Consulting LLC requires full payment in advance for all services. We do not offer month-to-month or subscription services. Due to the custom, digital nature of our deliverables, refunds are strictly calculated on a prorated, phase- based structure. Once time, labor, and resources have been allocated to a specific phase of a project, that portion of your upfront payment becomes strictly non-refundable.
Web Design, Development, and Landing Pages
Web projects are executed in milestones (e.g., Discovery, Design Concepts, Development, and Launch). If you request to cancel a project in writing, your refund will be calculated by deducting the cost of all milestones that have already been initiated or completed.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pacific Golden Gate Consulting LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

1. Purchases and Payment Processing

We use third-party services (such as Revitpay, Maverick Payments, and their banking partners) for the purpose of processing payments securely. By submitting your payment information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not capture or store your full credit card information on our servers.
Secure Card on File (Vault):
For your convenience, you may have the option to securely save your payment method on file via our third-party payment gateways (Tokenization). We do not store your raw credit card data. By authorizing a card on file, you agree that Pacific Golden Gate Consulting LLC may charge this payment method for future services. We will never charge your vaulted card without your prior written or digital authorization (such as via email) for the specific new service and amount.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or suspected fraud or unauthorized/illegal transactions.
2. Refunds and Cancellations
To secure a project spot and initiate work, Pacific Golden Gate Consulting LLC requires full payment in advance for all services. We do not offer month-to-month or subscription services. Due to the custom, digital nature of our deliverables, refunds are strictly calculated on a prorated, phase- based structure. Once time, labor, and resources have been allocated to a specific phase of a project, that portion of your upfront payment becomes strictly non-refundable.
Web Design, Development, and Landing Pages
Web projects are executed in milestones (e.g., Discovery, Design Concepts, Development, and Launch). If you request to cancel a project in writing, your refund will be calculated by deducting the cost of all milestones that have already been initiated or completed.
- Once the development phase has begun, no more than 50% of the project cost will be refunded.
- Once the final website or landing page is approved or launched, the project is considered complete, and absolutely no refunds will be issued.
- Branding and Logo Design
- If you cancel your project prior to us delivering any initial design concepts, you are entitled to a full refund less a 10% administrative fee. Once initial design concepts have been delivered, you may request a partial refund if you are completely dissatisfied. However, once you request design revisions, provide feedback to alter a design, or approve a final design file, you forfeit the right to any refund, as the core labor has been rendered.
- SEO, Social Media Management, Strategy, and Analytics
- These services are offered as flat-rate, one-time projects (such as audits, strategy playbooks, campaign setups, and tracking implementations). If you request to cancel before work begins, you are entitled to a full refund less a 10% administrative fee. Once the initial research, audit, or setup phase has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the labor completed. Once the final deliverables have been provided to you or implemented on your behalf, the project is considered complete, and no refunds will be issued.
- Client Non-Responsiveness (Project Abandonment)
- We rely on timely feedback to complete your project. If a client fails to provide necessary content, feedback, or approvals within thirty (30) days of a written request, the project will be placed on hold. If the client remains unresponsive for sixty (60) days, the project will be legally considered abandoned. In the event of project abandonment, the contract is terminated, and the entirety of the one-time upfront payment is forfeited. No refunds will be issued for abandoned projects.
- The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pacific Golden Gate Consulting LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Pacific Golden Gate Consulting LLC.
